This slow burn sauce goes great on everything from breakfast eggs to roast chicken, tacos, and leftovers! It is also an excellent meat marinade or for anything that needs a little tang and a little heat.

This beautiful chile originates from the Tesuque Pueblo outside of Santa Fe, New Mexico, where it has been cultivated for over 300 years. A truly special pepper, we were gifted the seeds and are the only farm growing this pepper on the East Coast.
