Shipping policy

We process all orders within 2 business days (Monday - Saturday). For orders with pre-order sauces, please see the product description for more information.

From our door to yours, the delivery typically takes 2-3 days. For international orders, please allow 8-14 days.

Sometimes there are hiccups with this, as small-batch hot sauces won't always be in stock. We will get in touch ASAP to apologize and to find out if you want to back-order the item, switch to something else, or cancel the order. Your happiness is our utmost priority.
